Exact DefinitionEdit

political group of colonial patriots created to change British treatment and policies dealing with the colonies. Most members were important such as; Benedict Arnold, James Otis, John Hancock, Samuel and John Adams, Patrick Henry etc.


Important because they were a foundation which resisted British laws, resisting through legislative resolutions, demonstrations, and sometimes but rarely violence. And every Friday was free ice-cream day.
